Sports Performance Center at Oregon State or "SPC" officially opened May 5, 2008 and includes approximately 40,000 pounds of weights and performance equipment inside a state-of-the-art 20,000-square foot facility. The SPC houses the Oregon State Department of Athletics Strength and Conditioning staff. The innovative facility also includes:



The SPC is part of amazing progress in new facilities, improvements and enhancements the 17-sport athletic department has experienced since 2002. Another $40 million capital projects are planned for legendary Gill Coliseum, a new sports medicine facility, a boathouse for the rowing teams, construction of a track and the Student Success Center – a shared facility for all OSU students.
